Exterior construction membrane
A 3-ply roof underlayment membrane with high resistance to wear, temperature exposure, driving rain, and includes (2) integrated self-adhesive strips.
- Highly permeable and at the same time, maximum resistance to driving rain, water column >32' (10 m).
- Optimum drying conditions for roof structures: non-porous TEEE functional membrane actively transports moisture outwards.
- Maximum aging resistance and thermal stability thanks to the TEEE membrane 4 months of outdoor exposure on roofs, 6 months on walls. (climate zone 4+)
- Suitable for temporary roof coverings as specified in the ZVDH product data sheet.
- Living Building Challenge Compliant — Red List Free.
- Quick and reliable adhesion as a result of integrated self-adhesive strips along the length of the membrane (top & bottom).
- Flexible planning of construction schedules thanks to 4 months of outdoor exposure.
- Ensures reliable building components: highly diffusion-open and maximum protection against driving rain and hail.
- Dry building components: pore-free TEEE functional membrane actively transports moisture to the outside.
