The SIGA Majrex is an intelligent interior vapour control membrane designed to manage moisture and prevent condensation within high-performance building envelopes. Using SIGA’s Hygrobrid® technology, it adapts to seasonal conditions—blocking moisture ingress in winter while allowing drying in summer.
Its high tear resistance and easy handling make installation straightforward, even in challenging conditions. Majrex is ideal for use in passive house and net-zero construction, where precise moisture control is critical for durability and comfort.
A vapor control layer using Hygrobrid technology that establishes airtight layers on the warm side of thermal insulation to prevent moisture build up in wall cavities that can cause mold and rot and damage structure integrity.
