The SIGA Majvest 500 SA is a self-adhered, breathable exterior weather-resistive barrier designed for maximum airtightness and weather protection. Its high-performance adhesive allows for fast, secure installation without the need for mechanical fasteners, reducing potential leak points.

Engineered for durability, Majvest 500 SA resists UV exposure for up to 12 months and maintains breathability to allow interior moisture vapour to escape. It’s ideal for passive house and net-zero projects where superior energy efficiency and building durability are priorities.

A self-adhering, vapor permeable membrane with the reverse face coated by a pressure-sensitive glue for direct bonding to substrates.
