The SIGA Majvest 200 is a breathable, exterior weather-resistive barrier designed to protect building envelopes from wind, rain, and snow while allowing interior moisture vapour to escape. This helps prevent mould growth, improves energy efficiency, and extends the life of the structure.
Engineered for durability, Majvest 200 is tear-resistant, UV-stable for up to 12 months, and easy to install in a variety of exterior wall assemblies. It bonds securely with SIGA tapes for a complete, airtight, and weatherproof seal.
Majvest 200 is a mechanically-fastened, 3-ply membrane designed for above-grade moisture control and air barrier applications.
Its protective polypropylene fleece layers stand up to the toughest jobsite conditions. A highly vapor-permeable, polymeric inner layer does the heavy multi-tasking: resisting harsh wind-driven rain and snow, while still protecting the wall beneath from condensation build-up.
